He was predeceased by: his grandparents, Roy Wayne Fields and Anna Sams. He is survived by: his parents, Roy Fields and Priscilla Fultz; his siblings, Jonathon Fultz of Hazard, Hunter Fields of Whitesburg, Chandler Jones of Whitesburg, Liam Day of Whitesburg and LeeAnna Jones of Whitesburg; his niece Peyton; his cousin Tanner; his grandparents, Mavie Fields and R. J. Fultz; and his stepfather Freddy "Big Head" Jones.
Visitation was held on Thursday, May 29th 2025 from 6:00 PM to 10:00 PM at the Kingscreek Community Church (12023 KY-160, Whitesburg, KY 41858). A funeral service was held on Saturday, May 31st 2025 at 12:00 PM at the same location.
