Ruth Frazier Obituary

With profound sadness, we say goodbye to Ruth Frazier (Whitesburg, Kentucky), whose vibrant spirit touched the lives of many. Ruth left this world on August 10, 2025 at the age of 99, leaving a void in the lives of so many people. You can send your sympathy in the guestbook provided and share it with the family.

She was predeceased by: her parents, Anderson Ingram and Flora Frazier Ingram; her husband Atlas Frazier; her children, Robert Frazier and Wanda Webb; her son-in-law Andrew Banks; her grandchildren, Alicia Combs and Michael Hogg; and her siblings, Melvin Ingram, Manuel Ingram and Freeda Ratliff.

She is survived by: her daughters, Sharon Banks of Irvine, KY., Brenda Combs (Gee) of Kings Creek, Cilla Fields (Roger) of Linefork, KY. and Connie Hogg (Don) of Kings Creek; her brother Anderson Jay Ingram (Roberta) of Columbus, IN.; her daughter-in-law Sue Frazier of Linefork, KY.; and her grandchildren, Dewayne, Tim, Kevin, Angie, Andrea, Tina, Leslie, Roberta, Brian, Katie and Ashley. She is also survived by 20 great grandchildren and 1 great great grandchild along with a host of nieces, nephews and family and friends.

The family requests in lieu of flowers to donate to the Defeated Creek Old Regular Baptist Church.
