He was predeceased by: his father Billy Blair; and his niece Londyn. He is survived by: his mother Donna Sue Blair of Cowan; his sister Christie Blair (Shane Mullins) of Burdine; his uncle Rick Blair (Bonnie) of Ermine; and his sibling's children, Lydia Mullins, Layne Mullins and Levi Mullins.
Visitation was held on Monday, July 14th 2025 from 6:00 PM to 10:00 PM at the Letcher Funeral Home (102 Main St, Whitesburg, KY 41858). A funeral service was held on Tuesday, July 15th 2025 at 12:00 PM at the same location.
