He was predeceased by: his parents, Cody Mullins and Etta Little Mullins; his wife Lillie Mae Johnson; his daughters, Jerri Ella Morales and Vickie Lynn Carnal; and his siblings, Jimmy Mullins, Clarence Mullins, Nora Holmes, Nell Everidge, Shirley Krull and Zelma Sumpter.
He is survived by: his children, Darrell Mullins (Viva) of Campbranch and Elizabeth Carole McKenny of Whitesburg; his siblings, Coda Mullins (Martha) of McRoberts, Margie Robinette of Bristol and Betty Hedgespeth of Greensburg, Kentucky.; his grandchildren, Nicole and Rico; and his great grandchild Abigail.
Visitation was held on Monday, October 6th 2025 from 6:00 PM to 9:00 PM at the Everidge Funeral Home (65 Main St, Whitesburg, KY 41858). A funeral service will be held on Tuesday, October 7th 2025 at 1:00 PM at the same location.
