She is survived by: her children, Cynthia (Stephen Trent) and William (Brandy Wilson); her grandchildren, Trey Wilson (Taylor) and Samantha Ratliff (Bobby); her great grandchildren, Averie and Harper Ratliff; and her siblings, Annette Akers and Larry Ison. She is also survived by family members, nieces, nephews, and dear friends.
