With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Cecil Moore (Whitley City, Kentucky), born in Pine Knot, Kentucky, who passed away on September 4, 2022 at the age of 81. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
He was predeceased by: his parents, Elmer Moore and Bessie Moore (Branham); his granddaughter Caitlin Moore; and his siblings, Luther "Doc" Moore, Sue Babcock, Joyce Murphy and Sharon Moore.
He is survived by: his wife Stella Moore (Coffey) of Stearns, Kentucky; his sons, Arlin Matthew Moore (Stephanie) of Somerset and Timothy Dwayne Moore (Debra) of Stearns, Kentucky; his grandchildren, Samantha Lucas (Bryce), Jake Moore, AJ Moore, Makayla Redden, Jackson Tucker and Emily Tucker; his great grandchildren, Alea Moore, Alexis Turner, Caisen Lucas, Hayden Lucas and Phoenix Phillips; and his siblings, Walter Moore of Germany and Janis Theaman.
In lieu of flower and food the family request donations be made to Hospice of Lake Cumberland.
