Higginbotham (Smith); his brother-in-law Johnny Higginbotham; his grandparents, Lummer, Lola Smith (Hicks), Lawrence and Lettie Spradlin (Perry); his parents-in-law, Dester and Wilma J. Dobbs (Jones); and his brother-in-law Bradley Dobbs.
He is survived by: his wife Julie Lynn Smith (Dobbs); his father Jerry R. Smith of Parkers Lake, Kentucky; and his sister Loretta Ridener (Doug) of Parkers Lake, Kentucky. He is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
