He was predeceased by: his parents, John Brooks and Winnie Hunley Brooks; and also Earl Brooks. He is survived by: his wife Jean; his children, Chester Brooks Jr. of Lexington, Jack Brooks (Stacie) of Winfield, Kathy Stinson of Huntington, Jennifer Stork (Dean) of Richmond and Jody Sedivi (Nick) of Whitley City; and his grandchildren, Winn, Frank, Olivia, Ethan, Parker, Adam, Erik, Terra, Kyle, Cody, Emily, Shelby, Sara and Brooklyn. He is also survived by nieces, nephews, cousins, in-laws, and many good friends.
