He is survived by: his sons, Bryson Worley (Katlynn Combs) of Pine Knot, Matthew Crabtree (Sarah Musgrove) of Revelo and Zachary Perry of Whitley City, Kentucky; his siblings, Charles Brian Worley of Whitley City, Kentucky, Gina Hall (Rog) of Revelo, Kentucky and Britanny; his grandchildren, Gabe Worley, Nora Worley, Callum Worley, Keyton Crabtree, KenzLee Crabtree, Caiden Perry, Colton Musgrove and Brooklynn Musgrove; his aunt Jean Mann Somerset; his uncles, Larry Clark and James Taylor; and his friend Ken West.
Visitation was held on Friday, July 11th 2025 at 1:00 PM at the McCreary County Funeral Home (48 State Hwy 700, Whitley City, KY 42653). A funeral service was held on Friday, July 11th 2025 at 3:00 PM at the same location.
