He is survived by: his significant other Diane Keith-Vanover of Whitley City; and his siblings, Parker Lee Vanover of Parkers Lake, Michael Wayne Vanover of Strunk, KY., Carol Vanover of Parkers Lake, KY., Elva Mae Hicks of Parkers Lake and Pearly Ann Vanover of Parkers Lake. He is also survived by many friends and numerous family members.
