He was predeceased by: his father Barry Perry; and his granddaughter Faith Smart. He is survived by: his mother Catherine Duncan Coomer; his grandparents, D. H. A. Perry and Flossie Perry; his children, Bryanna Perry Smart (Joshua), Ashley Perry and Dakota Jennings; his grandchildren, Abryna, Airhoen, Asher, Amera, Scarlett and Alenged; and his sister Dana Coomer. He is also survived by aunts, uncles, and cousins.
