He was predeceased by: his parents, Alonzo Vanover and Anna Belle Vanover (Abbott); and his brothers, Richard Vanover, David Vanover, Gary Vaonver, Douglas Vanover and Mike Vanover.
He is survived by: his wife Sheila Vanover (Roberts) of Whitley City, Kentucky; his daughter Michelle King (Shane) of Stearns, Kentucky; and his sisters, Sharon Adkins of Stearns and Sherry Terry of Huntsville, Tennessee. He is also survived by numerous nieces and nephews.
