She is survived by: her children, Tony Phillips (Angela), Denise West (Adam), Tim Phillips (Debbie), Greg Phillips (Janet), Heather Bell (Greg), Jessica Phillips (Bruce) and Chuck Vanover of Cincinnati; and her grandchildren, Caitlyn, Chris, Brandon, Jordan, Hayley, Micheal, Josh, Alex, Tabitha, Amy, Dylan, Harley, Roxy, Megan, Kevin, Cody, Amber, Kelly, Mike, Ryan, Kayla, Vance, Justin and Jackson. She is also survived by great-grandchildren.
