She is survived by: her children, Michael Stephens of Lexington, Kentucky and Linda Stephens Spradlin; her son-in-law David of Chatsworth; her sisters, Joyce, Bonnie Faye (Herman), Annie (Carl) and Pauline (Harley); Carl, Sharon Blevins, Bill, Kathy Taylor and Leslie Terry. She is also survived by many nieces, nephews.
