She is survived by: her children, Randy Neal, Nicky Neal, Carson Neal (Ruthie Neal), Willie East and Francina Bishop (Bobby); her sister Shirley Dunagan; her grandchildren, Darren Neal, Thomas East and Edward Strunk; Trisha Dunnagan. She is also survived by 20 grandchildren.
