He is survived by: his wife Cherie Tatum; his sons, Dale Jr. Tatum (Missy) of Bertrand and Shaun Tatum (Rebekah) of Wickliffe; and his grandchildren, Jake Tatum (Dessie), Maddie Reynolds (Clayton) of Cape Girardeau and Lindsay Bowles (Dustin) of Wickliffe.
