David leaves behind cherished memories for friends, family, and all who had the privilege of knowing him. David’s life was marked by connections and experiences that touched those around him. He was predeceased by: his brothers, Paul Phillips and Tony Phillips. He is survived by: his wife Jackie Phillips; his daughters, Andrea Phillips Stevens (Howie) of Nolensville and Codie Phillips of Wickliffe; and his grandchildren, Allie Cerisano (Johnny), Gabbie Stevens and Connor Stevens.
