We are sad to announce that, on March 1, 2026, at the age of 85, Doris Edward Dalton Sr. of Wickliffe, Kentucky passed away. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
He was predeceased by: his parents, Edward Dalton and Arzellar Dalton (Lurlene Dalton); his sons, Dorris Edward "Eddie" Dalton, Jr. and James E. "Sam" Dalton; and his siblings, Jeanetta Dalton, Mary Frances Bryars, Mary Irene Lomax, Ruth Williams, Rolester Dalton, Sr. and William T. Dalton.
He is survived by: his daughters, Dr. Belinda Arzellar Dalton (Ed), Joyce A. Dalton, Alita J. Dalton and Dorothy A. Patton; his grandchildren, Gabrielle C. Shelton of Frankfort, KY, Lance S. Patton and Chantarelle Patton of Carbondale, IL; and his brothers, Charles Dalton (Betty) of Cairo, IL and Clarence Dalton (Doris) of Peoria, IL. He is also survived by nieces and nephews.
