He was predeceased by: his parents, Cecil "Chunk" Underwood and Mildred Irene Rice Underwood; and his brother Michael Underwood. He is survived by: his brother Dale "Frog" Underwood (Debbie) of Wickliffe. He is also survived by brother and uncle to his family.
