He was predeceased by: his son Jamie Holt; and his parents, Ollie Holt and Viola Holt. He is survived by: his wife Diann Holt; his daughter Julie Stevens (Matt) of Kevil, Kentucky; his grandchildren, Jaela Wildharber (Ridge), Brody Holt and Kenton Holt; and his close friend Moose. He is also survived by two great-grandchildren.
