She is survived by : her mother Joan Hutson; her husband Mark Damon Bellamy; her children, Erica Sue Mathis (Justin) of East Prairie, Elizabeth Faye Sager of Wickliffe, Rebecca Leann Bellamy of Paducah, Brandon Bellamy of Symsonia and Brian Bellamy of Wickliffe; her siblings, Lesia Thornton (Joe) of Sikeston, Debbie Smith of Sikeston, Cindy Chandler (Randy) of Wickliffe and Richard Smith (Olivia) of Benton, Missouri; and her grandchildren, Kimberly Mathis, Opie Mathis, Otis Mathis, Clara Mathis, Izaak Mathis and Rylaan Mathis.
