He is survived by: his siblings, LaDon Burton of Mayfield, Bobbie Puckett (Adrian Hernandez) of Cunningham, Kay Helm (Wayne) of Metropolis, Illinois and Danny Fithen of Kevil, Kentucky; and his siblings' children, Christa Owen, Curtis Turner (Candy), Benjamin Fithen (Amy), Dewayne Burton, Cody Woodwurth and Shannon Dobson.
