With sadness, we share the passing of Shirley Ann Kelley of Wickliffe, Kentucky. Shirley Ann, born on July 20, 1953, passed away on July 7, 2026. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
She was predeceased by: her parents, Raymond Carpenter and Gladys Carpenter; her brothers, Larry Carpenter and Carl Carpenter; and her granddaughter Kinsey Kelley.
She is survived by: her husband William "Dubby" Kelley; her children, Stephanie Jacobsen of Metropolis, Illinois and Wesley Kelley of Cunningham, Kentucky; her siblings, Connie Wyrick of Pennsylvania, Denise Long (Alan) of Missouri, Floyd Carpenter of Kentucky, Euel Carpenter (Barbara) of Missouri, Jerry Carpenter (Sharon) of Missouri and Randy Carpenter of Missouri; and her grandchildren, Levi Jacobsen, Jasmine Jacobsen and Abigail Kelley.
