He is survived by : his wife Rita Ellen Callis Mayolo of Wickliffe; his sons, Michael Mayolo of Barlow, Mark Mayolo (Tracye) of Smyrna, TN, John Mayolo of Paducah and Jay Mayolo of Wickliffe; his daughter-in-law Bonnie Mayolo; his grandchildren, Brandy Elliott (Phil), Sarah Mayolo, Rachael Helm (Brandon), Silvio Mayolo (Emily Beckman), Margaret Mayolo and Matthew Mayolo (Raygen); and his great grandchildren, Baylee Kinsey, Brooke Elliott, Leighton Helm and Kamden Mayolo.
