She was predeceased by: her parents, Henry Smith and Joyce McGuire Smith; her husband Johnnie Coffey; her siblings, William, Ed, Leonard, Merle, Shirley Smith, Gertrude Stephens and Hazel Smith; and her granddaughter Lauren Elizabeth Coffey.
She is survived by: her sons, Anthony Coffey (Susan) of Mt. Vernon and Brian Coffey (Janie) of Wildie; her grandchildren, Katherine Coffey and Lincoln Coffey; and her siblings, Herman Smith of Mt. Vernon, Arnold Smith of Trenton, OH, Kenneth Smith of Glendale, AZ, Faye Peters of Mt. Vernon, Ester Houston of Cincinnati, OH and Bonnie Lou Schwarz of Milford, OH..
