He is survived by: his children, Ginger Dawn, Angela Shawn, Wendy Dione, Dover David (Teresa), Matthew Willard and RhiAnna Rhose; his grandchildren, Cynthia Meade, Tristan Taz Syck, Tiara DeMarco, Trinity Syck, Timothy Syck, Tyler Bartley, Chris Bartley, Kaytlin Bartley and Cody Thacker (Whitney); his great grandchildren, Alora Lynda Adkins, PaisLee Briar Hopkins and AddaLee Joyce DeMarco; and his siblings, Edith Hershek and Offie Bartley.
