She was predeceased by: her parents, Clara Mae Stevens and Harold Winston Litteral; her brother Harold Ricky Litteral; her parents-in-law, Geraldine and John Henry Church; and her sister-in-law Debbie Porter.
She is survived by: her husband Johnny Church; her daughter Taushana Hayes of Grayson; her grandchildren, Colten Smith, Kayley Smith, Zack Smith and Ethan Smith; her sisters, Judy Bryan of Ashland and Carol Sparks (Bobby) of Grayson; her siblings-in-law, Rhonda Colley (Mike) of Louisa and James Lee Porter; her nieces and nephews, Tonya Sturgill (Tim), Bobby Sparks, Jr., Leona Hargett (Anthony), Shannon Porter (Dawn), Mandy Beth Barker (Junior), John Porter (Alyssa) and Amber Prince (Pete); and her friends, Scott Smith and Karla Wells. She is also survived by her family, friends.
