He was predeceased by: his parents, Beecher Gollihue and Loraine Yates Gollihue; his sons, Leonard Gollihue II and David Scott "Scotty" Gollihue; his brothers, James and Donnie Gollihue; his nieces and nephews, David Church, Adam Gollihue, Donna Louise Branham Canterbury and Kaitlyn Ballard; and his brother-in-law Joe Church.
He is survived by: his wife Natalie Jean Cameron Gollihue; his daughter Miranda Mullins (Robert) of Grayson; his grandchildren, Aubrey, Carley and Jayden Mullins; his siblings, Charles (Ann), Ellis (Connie), Jessie (Rosie), Eddie (Patty), Ronnie (Michelle), Louise Church, Gail Colley (Jim) and Kathy LeMaster (Frank); and his sisters-in-law, Ruby Gollihue of Willard and Sandra Hornburg of Ashland. He is also survived by numerous nieces and nephews, and a host of extended family.
