He is survived by : his wife Teresa Gail Swain Faulkner; his father Olaf Faulkner; his children, Christina Faulkner of Ohio and Shannon Faulkner (Christie) of Ohio; and his grandchildren, Brock and Aiden Bennett. He is also survived by numerous friends and relatives.
