She is survived by: her children, Brian Hopkins of Harlan, KY and Melanie Parker (Miles) of Nashville, TN.; her grandchildren, Eric Hopkins (Kirsten), Cade Parker Kiera, Zac Hopkins (Ashley), Will Parker (Darby), Alex Parker (Kaia), Conner Hopkins (Kaitlin), Jacob Parker (Suzanne) and Nicholas Parker; her great grandchildren, Gerard Hopkins, Jimma Hopkins, Nash Hopkins, Knox Hopkins, Carter Hopkins, Adelynn Parker, Rylee Parker and Camilla Parker; and her siblings, Allen Petrey, Dallas Petrey, Sara White, Brenda Patrick (Donnie), Pauline Pate and Oakle Petrey.
