He was predeceased by: his grandparents, Bradley Hill and Sylvia Johnson; his great-grandparents, Manus, Nervie Manus, Charlie Jackson and Ruby Jackson; and his uncle Bobby Vickers.
He is survived by: his parents, Catherlyn Angel and Johnny Blain Johnson of Rockhold, KY; his grandparents, Sedina, Randy Hurst of Williamsburg, KY, Janie, Blain Johnson of Rockhold, KY and Jason Lawson of Williamsburg, KY; and his great-grandparents, Russell, Macy, Johnny Johnson of Belleville, MI. and Cathy Lawson of Williamsburg, KY.. He is also survived by many aunts, uncles and Frieds.
