She was predeceased by : her parents, Raymond Scott and Pat Scott (Hood). She is survived by : her husband Dr. Gene Scott; her daughters, Kathryn Jean Scott-Jones (Dwight) of Williamsburg, KY. and Jennifer Scott Grow (Choya) of Lexington, KY.; her grandchildren, Eddie Jones, Stephanie Jones Lovitt (Darrell), Lindsay Jones Marlow (Direck), Matthew Scott Jones (Brittany), Amy Kathryn Howell (Jesse) and Shelby Jean Grow; and her great grandchildren, Staylie Marlow, Heidi Wiles, Noah Jones, Ahna Marlow, Eli Lovitt, Maverick Jones, Emmett Howell, Lincoln Lovitt, Griffin Howell, Owen Marlow and Luca Jones.

Visitation was held on Friday, May 24th 2024 from 12:00 PM to 2:00 PM at the Croley Funeral Home (103 S 2nd St, Williamsburg, KY 40769). A funeral service was held on Friday, May 24th 2024 from 2:00 PM to 3:00 PM and at 3:00 PM. A burial was held on Friday, May 24th 2024 from 3:30 PM to 4:00 PM.
