He was predeceased by: his parents, Wayne Thomas Carroll and Frances Davis; and his brothers, Eddie Wayne Carroll and Timothy Lou Carroll. He is survived by: his wife Joann Carroll; his sons, Bruce Thomas Carroll and Joseph Earl Carroll; his grandchildren, Austin Carroll, Alyssa Carroll, Savanna Powers, Hannah Cupp and Bobby Carroll; and his siblings, Michael Carroll (Chrislynn), Tom Carroll, Rosa Poe, Debbie Stadler and Patricia Silvers. He is also survived by His family, his Grand Children and Great Grandchildren.
Visitation was held on Tuesday, September 23rd 2025 from 6:00 PM to 9:00 PM at the Croley Funeral Home (103 S 2nd St, Williamsburg, KY 40769). A funeral service was held on Wednesday, September 24th 2025 at 1:00 PM at the same location.
