He is survived by: his wife Joann Carroll; his sons, Bruce Thomas Carroll and Joseph Earl Carroll; his grandchildren, Austin Carroll, Alyssa Carroll, Savanna Powers, Hannah Cupp and Bobby Carroll; and his siblings, Michael Carroll (Chrislynn), Tom Carroll, Rosa Poe, Debbie Stadler and Patricia Silvers. He is also survived by His family, his Grand Children and Great Grandchildren.
