She is survived by: her husband Ronnie Lemmings of Williamsburg, KY; her son Andrew Lemmings of Williamsburg, KY; her grandchildren, Rebecca Clark (Travis), Brandy Wilson (Bradley), Hunter Lemmings (Alexis), John Wayne Lemmings, Bentley McFarland, River Lemmings and Ivy Lemmings; her siblings, Bonnie Huffman, Lillie Elswick, Mary Bea Ingram, Steve Hayes, Rick Hayes, Dennis Hayes, Danny Hayes, Jimmy Hayes and Chris Hayes; her close friends, Becky Marcum, Penny Wilson and Elizabeth McFarland; Bernice Gibbins Hayes. She is also survived by several nieces, nephews, and a host of relatives and friends.
