She was predeceased by: her parents, Green Hayes Jr. and Bernice Gibbins Hayes; and her siblings, Sue Carr, Shirley Dees and Kenny Hayes.
She is survived by: her husband Ronnie Lemmings of Williamsburg, KY; her son Andrew Lemmings of Williamsburg, KY; her grandchildren, Rebecca Clark (Travis), Brandy Wilson (Bradley), Hunter Lemmings (Alexis), John Wayne Lemmings, Bentley McFarland, River Lemmings and Ivy Lemmings; her siblings, Bonnie Huffman, Lillie Elswick, Mary Bea Ingram, Steve Hayes, Rick Hayes, Dennis Hayes, Danny Hayes, Jimmy Hayes and Chris Hayes; and her close friends, Becky Marcum, Penny Wilson and Elizabeth McFarland. She is also survived by several nieces, nephews, and a host of relatives and friends.
Visitation will be held on Friday, July 25th 2025 at 3:00 PM at the Ellison Funeral Home (512 Main St, Williamsburg, KY 40769). A funeral service will be held on Friday, July 25th 2025 at 4:00 PM at the same location.
