He is survived by: his grandchildren, Nathan Meadows and Brandi Mullis (Scotty); his great grandchildren, Jenny Mullis, Haygon Meadows and Kye Meadows; and his sister Lou Wood of Palm Harbor. He is also survived by many extended family members and friends.
