She was predeceased by: her parents, Ralph Owens and Joie Owens (Eddie Bowlin); her uncle Billy George; and her nephew Austin Moses. She is survived by: her children, Autumn Owens (Dustin Lewallen) of Jellico, TN, Whitney Bowlin of Jellico, TN and Amanda McCulley of Jellico, TN; her grandchildren, Avery, Madison, Johnathan, Blakely, Brooklyn, Riley and Hunter; and her siblings, Kimberly Powers (Dusty) of Corbin, David Owens (Deb) of Lafollette, TN and Scott Owens (Ramona) of Newcomb, TN. She is also survived by several nieces, nephews, and a host of other family and friends.
Visitation was held on Sunday, September 13th 2026 from 11:00 AM to 1:00 PM at the Croley Funeral Home (103 S 2nd St, Williamsburg, KY 40769). A funeral service was held on Sunday, September 13th 2026 at 1:00 PM and at 2:30 PM.
