She was predeceased by: her husband Clyde Hardin Johnson; her daughter Courtni Aneisa Johnson; her parents, Bill Reynolds and Mary Reynolds; her in-laws, Warren and Odene Johnson; and her sisters, Mary Reynolds Powers (Earl), Doris Reynolds Bunch (Donnie) and Wilma Reynolds Sigerseth.
She is survived by: her daughters, Connie Anita Johnson Sampson of Stearns and Tracy Bunch of Williamsburg, Kentucky.; her siblings, Randa Reynolds Johnson of Williamsburg and Vernon Reynolds (Debbie) of Corbin, Kentucky.; her grandchildren, David Alan Sampson, Courtni Anne Paul (Jacob), Jaden Johnson (Corey), Kaden Johnson (Kendell), Clyde Hayden Johnson, Jerry Payten Fernald, Kayla, Jaxson and Storm; and her friend Sarita Floyd.
