She is survived by: her husband Tim Caddell of Williamsburg; her children, Brenda Rains, Felicia McVay, Justin Reed, Jessica Reed, Caleb Reed and Bert Jones; her grandson Kayden Silcox; and her siblings, Evelyn Lay of Georgia, Linda Baker of Williamsburg, Allen McVay of Toledo, Robert McVay of Williamsburg, Emmanuel McVay of Williamsburg and Clayton Brown of Williamsburg.
