He is survived by: his daughter Isabella Howard of Somerset, KY; his parents, Ernie Rains and Delvena Rains of Somerset, KY; his siblings, Joshua Howard (Karen) of Church Hill, TN. and Casandra Howard of Florida; his nephews, Kaden Howard, River Howard and Atlas Howard; his close friends, Jesse Hembree, Julia Hembree, Estes Rhodes, Larry Baird and Todd Williams; and his cousins, Mark Lawson and Eli Rhodes.
Visitation was held on Wednesday, June 4th 2025 from 5:00 PM to 9:00 PM at the Croley Funeral Home (103 S 2nd St, Williamsburg, KY 40769). A funeral service will be held on Thursday, June 5th 2025 from 1:00 PM to 2:00 PM at the same location. A burial will be held on Thursday, June 5th 2025 from 3:00 PM to 3:30 PM at the Lawson Cemetery.
