With solemn hearts, we announce the passing of Darlene June Chandler (Williamsburg, Kentucky), born in Gary, Indiana, whose presence will be deeply missed, having departed on October 1, 2025 at the age of 90. She was predeceased by: her parents, Gilbert Sheffer and Josephine Sheffer; her husband Raymond Chandler; her children, Elizabeth Vanderpool, Rebeca King and Raymond Chandler; and her brother Kenneth Chandler.
She is survived by: her children, Roxanne Chandler and Gregory Chandler; her grandchildren, Jonathan, Chrystal, Amanda and Seth; her great grandchildren, Jassimine, Kenny David, Michael, Brenda, Ethan, Larry, Constance, Karen and Josiah; and her sister Linda Viar.
Visitation will be held on Saturday, October 4th 2025 from 12:00 PM to 1:00 PM at the Croley Funeral Home (103 S 2nd St, Williamsburg, KY 40769). A funeral service will be held on Saturday, October 4th 2025 at 1:00 PM at the same location.
