He was predeceased by: his parents, Robert Fraley and Martha Fraley. He is survived by: his wife Stevann Fraley of Williamsburg; and his children, Valerie Wilson of Williamsburg, Sandra Fraley of Knoxville, Rhonda Moran (David) of Clarkston, David J. Fraley (Jackie) of Macomb and Diana Baird of Scottsdale.
Visitation was held on Monday, September 22nd 2025 from 11:00 AM to 1:00 PM at the Croley Funeral Home (103 S 2nd St, Williamsburg, KY 40769). A funeral service was held on Monday, September 22nd 2025 from 1:00 PM to 2:00 PM at the same location. A burial was held on Monday, September 22nd 2025 from 3:00 PM to 3:30 PM at the same location.
