He was predeceased by: his parents, Charlie Johnson and Edna Marie Johnson (Wells); his wife Barbara Johnson (Pate); and his brothers, Jimmy Ray Johnson, Chester Johnson, Bruce Johnson, Robert Johnson and Roy Johnson.
He is survived by: his children, Michael Johnson (Linda Jo) of Houghton Lake, Ronnie Johnson (Kim) of Ypsilanti and Leslie Layne of New Boston; his siblings, Alice Harp (Kenneth) of Georgia, Johnny Johnson of Corbin and Roscoe Doug Johnson of Rockledge; and his sisters-in-law, Karen Johnson of Corbin and Pam Johnson of New Market, Tennessee.. He is also survived by several nieces, nephews, and a host of other family and friends.
Visitation will be held on Friday, June 13th 2025 from 11:00 AM to 12:00 PM at the Croley Funeral Home (103 S 2nd St, Williamsburg, KY 40769). A funeral service will be held on Friday, June 13th 2025 from 1:00 PM to 2:00 PM at the same location. A burial will be held on Friday, June 13th 2025 at 2:00 PM at the Johnson Cemetery.
