He was predeceased by: his parents, Grant Rains and Bertha Rains (Satterfield). He is survived by: his daughter Pamela Rains Fritts of Williamsburg, KY.; his grandchildren, Amanda Taylor (Amanda Leach) of Williamsburg, KY and Jim Brown (Terri Blakley) of Williamsburg, KY.; his great grandchildren, Madison Taylor, Haden Taylor, Gavin Taylor, Katie Brown, Hailey Brown and Jayce Brown; his great great grandchild Jade Brown; his sisters, Deloris Thacker and Clara Cox; and his close friends, Angelina Weaver, David Bixby and Chaze Bowling. He is also survived by his family, friends.
Visitation was held on Monday, March 17th 2025 from 4:00 PM to 5:00 PM at the Croley Funeral Home (103 S 2nd St, Williamsburg, KY 40769). A funeral service was held on Monday, March 17th 2025 from 5:00 PM to 6:00 PM at the same location.
