She is survived by: her husband James Smith of Williamsburg, Kentucky.; her children, Jimmy Smith (Jennifer) of Williamsburg, Kentucky., Kim Goins (Brent) of Williamsburg, Kentucky., Billy Smith (Helen) of Williamsburg, Kentucky. and Ed Smith of Williamsburg, Kentucky.; and her grandchildren, Brandon Grubb (Cass), Joshua Grubb (Mary), Katie Grubb, Erika Dixon (Shane), David Smith (Ashliann), Taylor Ashurst (Mikey), Helen Smith, Carol Smith, Billy Jo Smith (Adriana) and Eli Smith. She is also survived by several great grandchildren.
