He is survived by: his wife Cindy Howard of Williamsburg, KY; his children, Brittany Nelson of Williamsburg, KY., Erika Glanton of South Carolina, Faith Rose of Williamsburg, KY and Christopher Rose of Corbin, KY.; his father-in-law Enoch Brown of Williamsburg, KY; his siblings, Johnny Howard (Joseph Wing III) of Evarts, KY, Ellen Schoonover of New Tazwell, TN., Imogene Combs of New Tazwell, TN and Anna Bennett of Loyall, KY; and his siblings-in-law, Ricky Brown (Lena) of Rockholds, KY and Sheila Brown of Williamsburg, KY.. He is also survived by several nieces, nephews, and a host of other family and friends.
Visitation will be held on Tuesday, October 21st 2025 from 12:00 PM to 3:00 PM at the Croley Funeral Home (103 S 2nd St, Williamsburg, KY 40769). A funeral service will be held on Tuesday, October 21st 2025 at 3:00 PM and at 4:00 PM.
