He is survived by: his wife Janice of Williamsburg; his children, Matthew Joseph Ousley (Mesalina) of Ventura, Amanda Lee Ousley of Laurel, Montana and Julie Todd (Raleigh) of Tazwell, Tennessee.; his grandchildren, Owen Ousley, Sadie Todd, Avery Todd, Jackson Ousley and Sydney Ousley; and his sister Judith Pickering (John) of Walbridge.
