She was predeceased by: her husband Dr. Roemer Dobson "Dobby" Pitman; her stepson Dr. Thomas Pitman; her stepfather Holder Hobbs; her siblings, Lucille Bryant and Jimmy Hobbs; her brother-in-law Bob Bailey; her niece Sherry Bailey Halcomb; and her parents, Joe Cox and Flossie Hobbs.

She is survived by: her children, Pamela Creekmore (Jimmy Bruce) and Elmer Alder (Wookena); her stepchildren, Susan Dobson (Joe), Gale Pitman Moore (Reggie) and Timothy Pitman; her grandchildren, Staci Alder, Brandon Creekmore, Josh Alder, Byron Creekmore and Alicia Creekmore Yeary; and her sister Deanna Bailey. She is also survived by seven step grandchildren, 8 great grandchildren and several step great grandchildren.
