It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Letta Vanover of Williamsburg, Kentucky, who passed away on May 1, 2026, at the age of 87, leaving to mourn family and friends. As Letta departs from this earthly realm, her essence lingers — a whisper on the wind, a ripple on the water — a testament to the enduring power of love to transcend the boundaries of life and death. Though Letta may no longer walk beside us, her spirit lives on in the memories and the legacy Letta leaves behind.
She was predeceased by: her parents, Clyde Meadors and Artie Sullivan Meadors; her husband Edgar Vanover; and her children, Karen Keith and Gregory Scott Vanover.
She is survived by: her children, Rita Keith (Boyd) of Williamsburg, KY, Rickey Vanover (Brenda) of Williamsburg, KY, Wilma Kay Fore (Wade) of Williamsburg, KY, Robert Terry Vanover (Judy) of Williamsburg, KY, Donna Woods (Keith) of Duff, TN and Johnny Eugene Vanover of Williamsburg, KY; and her son-in-law Jesse Keith of Williamsburg, KY. She is also survived by 20 grandchildren, 24 great grandchildren, several nieces, nephews, and a host of relatives and friends.
