He was predeceased by: his parents, Lonzo Foley and Edna Ball Foley; his wife Nancy Foley; his daughter Pauline Jean Foley; his brother Gary Foley; and his nephew Joshua Hodge.

He is survived by: his children, Sharon Foley, Dennis Foley, Donnie Foley (Amber) and Raymond Duane Foley (Holly); his grandchildren, Ethan Ray, Dakota Lee, Elijah Howard, Ava Jean and Timothy Wayne Foley; his sisters, Dorothy Ann Morgan (Nathan), Wanda Joyce Hamlin (Randy), Shirley Mace (Michael) and Debbie Angel (Earl); and his nieces and nephews, Kathy Morgan, Melissa Saylor, Brian Hunter, Casey Foley, Crystal Schlottman, Rebekah Hodge, Holly Angel and Adam Angel.
