She is survived by: her husband Jerry Douglas of New Tazwell, TN.; her children, Tabitha Spencer (Steven), Michael Douglas (Melissa) of Sylacauga, Richard Douglas (Brenda) of Dayton and Jerry Douglas (Yolanda) of London, KY; her grandchildren, Justin Douglas, Jade Wooten (Taylor), Chris Williams (Haley), Madison Spencer, Savannah Spencer, Gabriel Spencer, Austin Douglas (Emily), Tyler Douglas, Cari Douglas, Ryan White and Lana White; her great grandchildren, Tucker Wooten, Ridgelyn Bruner, Jax, Octavia, Olivia and Bryson; and her siblings, Carl, Coy Meadows and Bobbie Meadow.
